Repaired price loans are rather dull. They're constantly the same, never adjustment. Same ol', exact same ol'. Absolutely nothing wrong with that however, they're created to be boring. Flexible rate home loans on the other hand can have a little drama constructed in now and then. Who recognizes what prices will remain in the future? Nobody actually. There might be some enlightened hunches however the truth is it's still simply an assumption.
